FULLY REMOTE ROLE - Viewing Assistant - Guildford - Basic £18K OTE £25K
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey and making every home move amazing?
Our Clients are looking for a
Trainee Estate Agent to join their team as a
Viewings Negotiator and become the face of their brand Here's what you can expect:


Responsibilities:


  • Delivering an exceptional customer journey to our buyers and vendors
  • Building meaningful relationships with vendors and buyers, managing client expectations, and providing a knowledgeable service
  • Utilizing data and technology to showcase our customers' most valuable assets, while maximizing opportunities to sell the full range of Our Clients' products and services
  • Carrying out viewings, open houses, and selling ancillary products while upholding the principles and cultures of Our Clients
  • Following up with potential buyers after viewings, taking them through the offer process, managing customer relationships and customer contact postinstruction, and identifying and converting property buyers to Our Clients' sellers

Qualifications:


  • Proven customer service skills and sales experience
  • Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
  • Interest in the local property markets and market trends
  • Clean UK driving license
  • Prioritization of customer needs (making every home move amazing)
  • Performancefocused and driven to succeed
  • Strong planning and organizational skills preferred
  • Passion for building successful relationships
  • Digitally savvy
