Our client is an established property developer with an excellent reputation for producing high quality exquisite homes that are at the forefront of luxury in both design and build.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Consultant for one of their developments, a collection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with excellent transport links and amenities.


Duties:


Working in a team of four you will be highly committed to providing a first class customer experience and be the 'face' of the company to prospective buyers.


You will need to be happy to work to targets as well as ascertain and seek to understand clients' requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled.


Using your excellent knowledge and experience of new home sales you will be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.


Your charismatic and engaging personality will ensure that each client receives the highest level of service and leaves the development with a positive impression of the company.

Working on a rota basis with potential for at least one weekend a month


Skills and experience


A background in new home sales is highly desirable, however other sales experience such as luxury retail sales / cabin crew will also be considered.

A team player with a natural desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.


Salary and benefits
Basic salary of 28-30K plus commission (OTE up to 54K)

25 days holiday PLUS bank holidays increasing to 33 days with service
