Description

Adecco are recruiting for a docucare DCA to provide printer support for our National client in Edinburgh. To start asap until Feb 2025.
Working Monday to Friday 9am

5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
Ensure applicable SLAs are adhered to per SOW
Serve as the primary onsite customer contact for equipment support and service
Support Move/Add/Change/Disposal (MACD) process
Provide ongoing end user training on equipment

Services Delivery

Basic device maintenance, including; cleaning, replacement basic accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications
Incident support, including break/fix and consumable replenishment, for the majority of tasks
Liaise with relevant IT support and provide device related configuration elements, e.g. IP address
Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis to support problem resolution
Act as Xerox point of contact onsite
Escalate, as required, for Technical Service (Xerox and 3rd party)
Report activity as required by local processes
Provide remote support for contracted off site equipment
IT support functions, including; downloading & installing printer drivers on enduser equipment, mapping to PC as required, escalate printer network issues to appropriate resource etc.
Non-Xerox device management as required
Identify and promote Xerox Services and Solutions

Financial/ Business Growth

Proactively manage consumables and supplies using local tools to support
Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes, as needed.
Perform Data Entry for activity and asset tracking
Manage and maintain onsite parts inventory, following local processes
