The role:


Working within the Technical Team, the Technical Support Trainee will be responsible for the timely investigation and resolution of first line support issues/queries raised by both internal and external customers.


The Technical Support Trainee will support both the hardware fitted within the vehicles and the software used by our customers.


Training will be provided to achieve the skills and knowledge required to become a Technical Support Analyst, where you will have the opportunity to start dealing with more complex technical issues.


Please note that this role is office based, so you must be able to reliably commute to our Swindon office each day.


Main responsibilities:


  • Investigation of issues/queries within agreed SLA's
  • Working with other teams across the business to resolve issues
  • Being a team player and supporting the rest of the team when required
  • Sharing knowledge and contributing to team meetings
  • Compliance with internal processes
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates

Key skills:


  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Keen to learn and develop themselves
  • A team player, with a cando attitude
  • Must be qualified to a minimum C/4 grade GCSE in English and Math's

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
