Recruitment professionals are seeking a passionate Room Leader for a reputable nursery in Esher

Position:
Room Leader

Location:
Slough

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Shifts Pattern:
Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Craft ageappropriate curriculum for holistic child development.
Nurturing care ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Lead and mentor a passionate educator team.
Foster a vibrant, inclusive learning space.
Partner with parents for a child's journey.

Qualifications:

Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare.
Exceptional leadership and motivation skills.
Stellar communication & interpersonal abilities.
Deep passion for early childhood education.
Experience in childcare is a plus.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
