CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a Bournemouth, Dorset, based organisation who require a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for running a small payroll function with one established staff reporting toyou.

What will the Payroll Manager role involve?

  • Completion of monthly payrolls for multiple sites in the group;
  • Daily management of a small payroll team of two;
  • Submission of holiday, SSP and other statutory returns;
  • Manage and maintain payroll systems, implementing improvements where required.
  • A CIPP or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential;
  • Previous experience working in a Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Assistant position is required to be considered for this role.
