Governance & Metrics Officer
12-month contract

Hybrid out of London, Salisbury or Portsmouth

£479.90 per day, UMB (inside IR35)


Clearance:
Live SC level Security Clearance (those without cannot be considered at this time).


Interview Process: 1 stage via MS Teams.

Key Aspects of the Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team in the development of DASA Outcome Metrics, demonstrating the Outcome of DASA's work in accelerating innovation.
  • Define National Security and Prosperity metrics.
  • Align work to MOD Industry Operating Model.
  • Conduct interviews with DASA Suppliers to gather supporting evidence.
  • Develop methods to capture data and define forward looking plan to maintain and develop metrics.
  • Track project and Themed competition progress to capture impact and benefits.
  • Support business analysis and workflow mapping within DASA.

Essential Skills / Experience:


  • Experience with measuring outcomes and realising benefits.
  • Analytical skill sets.
  • Ability to think critically and develop metrics.
  • Benefits manager / Business analyst / Benefits analyst
  • Transferable skills potentially.
  • Ability to compile and present findings to high level and varied level of stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder skills at all levels.
  • Analytical qualifications would be beneficial. Degree level or equivalent experience.
