Handy Man - Maintenance / Repairs Technician
MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE.
MUST RESIDE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS REGION
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues or repairs needed
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as required
- Repair or replace damaged parts, components, or systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
