Description
We're looking for a Communications Lead to drive participation in health and social care research across the Wessex region.

This post sits within the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network (CRN) Wessex communications and engagement team, and will play a pivotal role in delivering, and providing strategic oversight of, regional communications priorities.


The post holder will lead on digital communications, campaigns and media relations activities for Wessex research infrastructure, developing creative ways to reach a large and diverse range of audiences.


Building and owning strategic relationships with local stakeholders is essential for the role, this will include working with regional press, local government and the life sciences industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong track record in project management, stakeholder engagement and media relations to drive the change and activity we need.
