Partner and ad hoc team

Key duties:

Complex inbox and diary management, travel coordination, admin support, team assistance, processing expenses, project coordination, assisting with marketing pitches, client liasion and other ad hoc duties.

Background and experience: 2-3 years of experience maximum as a EA/PA ideally within professional services or finance. Strong communication style is key and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple responsbilities.
