Are you looking to enhance your M&A experience and to be involved in the full lifecycle of Acquisitions?

Our business is expanding, and we need a driven, determined, detail-oriented person to assist with our M&A activity.

If youre looking to join a growing business where youre able to make a big impact, then this could be the right role for you.

Youll be involved from assessing the suitability of potential acquisitions right the way through to planning their integration. Itll give you the chance to learn a lot, in a small team within a friendly, people focussed company.

Where do you fit in?


Youll be responsible for the full M&A lifecycle, from analysing and assessing potential acquisitions, financial modelling, deal structuring, report writing, due diligence, business integration planning and monitoring post acquisition performance.

Youll support with recommendations and presentations to the Leadership Team, advising on which acquisitions to pursue. Working with teams across our business, youll also manage relationships with business owners and vendor firms. Relationship management is key. Youll understand the potential implications that seemingly small details can have with these sometimes-delicate deals.

What do you need to be successful?

An accountancy qualification is a must, along with commercial business analysis and financial modelling experience
Financial Services experience, excellent communication skills and strong business analysis skills. Youll be IT Literate, and system savvy
Youll be driven to meet deadlines and motivated to achieve results. Able to see the big picture but also get closely involved in the detail

We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working but would require you to work from Central London up to 3 days per week. Other travel to UK offices and vendor firms will also be required according to the needs of the business.
