About the role
Planning and scheduling all activities in the technical training plan, keeping it current and valid. Supporting with all pre and post-training documentation.

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

- and post-training documentation and processes are followed and completed

  • Planning & scheduling all refresher certifications & accreditations
  • Ensuring administrative housekeeping accuracy and certifications are received
  • Managing training spend against raised POs, invoices, and budget forecasting
  • HSS training
  • Coordinating Professional Registration, from membership to Chartership, engaging with IET, attending events
  • STEM driving STEM Ambassador agenda
  • Functional Skills management
  • Linking LMS to keep training records accurate and valid
  • Tracking Learning at Tesco elearning for all colleagues, ensuring all courses are followed up and completed
  • Supporting the Technical Training team with the Maintenance pathway submissions
  • Providing the relevant training reports to stakeholders by linking to LMS
  • Managing the signoff process for new starters
  • Overseeing the Technical Training inbox, answering or forwarding any new queries
  • Work with systems training team to coordinate and run workshops on software and LMS troubleshooting
  • Supporting Apprenticeship Programme Manager with administration tasks; planning & scheduling college sessions, events, accommodation, updating trackers and programme data
  • Supporting Induction with administration tasks; planning & scheduling sessions, events, accommodation, updating trackers and programme data, managing facilitators resource and rotas.
  • Support with incremental pay letters to payroll for maintenance pathway increases
  • Scheduling and managing IOSH training and development activities with stakeholders
  • Support functional administration tasks
