  • The teamOur Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally.   • Main responsibilities

  • Keeping filing up to date on a daily basis
  • Sending out invoices
  • Team inbox management
  • Uploading claims
  • Processing payments received
  • Scanning in files at end of claims
  • Preparing new files and closing old files
  • Taking messages for team
  • Preparing costs schedules
  • Skills and qualificationsYou will need the following skills and experience:
  • IT literate with experience of using Word, Excel and the internet
  • Good written, numeracy and oral communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, be organised and efficient
  • Flexibility with the capability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure but with the ability to recognise when to seek assistance
  • Able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative
  • Friendly and helpful approach
