Job Description:


The Role


This is an opportunity to join our fast paced Casework Support team providing a key service in the efficient running of our sites, roles available at either our Wakefield or Leeds facilities.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


You will be involved in the submission and administration requirements for the site, working with our scientists and contributing to the success of the casework teams.

Duties include a variety of tasks; general office duties, filing, invoicing, meeting visitors and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also be involved in exhibit management which includes data input onto our case management system.


Qualifications:


Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and G-Suite
  • Confident team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Exhibit high levels of concentration, accuracy and reliability
  • Display patience, determination, attention to detail and integrity at all times
  • Minimum of 5GCSE's at grade C or above to include English, Maths and IT.

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (7.5 hours a day between core hours of 8am and 6pm, Flexible working patterns may be considered)

To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK. Criminal convictions may prevent you from gaining security clearance. This role may in addition require random alcohol/drug screening._
