POST- Recruiting are looking to recruit and experienced
Lettings Maintenance Administratorto join a
high performing Estate Agency based in North Leeds.

Working pattern - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Every other Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. When you work a Saturday you will be able to take another day off during the week.

Working closely with the owner, you will be working in a small business environment with an experienced team.

Specifically, the role is based around Letting administration, maintenance management and looking after tenants and Landlords, but responsibilitieswill also be extended to conducting viewings and answering calls on sales, lettings and maintenance.


Lettings Maintenance Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Taking calls from Tenants and Landlords on general maintenance issues, ensuring that issues are followed through to a successful conclusion.
  • Keeping up to date with gas safety certificates
  • Tracking and ensuring invoices are paid to contractors
  • Managing refurbishment projects to a conclusion when required
  • Conducting check outs and negotiating bond returns with tenants on DPS
  • Booking and acting on periodic inspections that are carried out by 3rd party

General Office Responsibilities:


  • Deal with enquires for both sale and lettings
  • Answer phones, deal with walk past enquiries and conduct feedback for landlords and vendors
  • Conduct viewings when required

What we'd like to see from you:

  • Experience in a busy Lettings Administrator / Lettings Maintenance Administrator role
  • Have a full driving license and own vehicle (mileage is paid at 45p per mile)
  • Be willing to use mobile phone for business (mobile phone bill will be paid or an office mobile will be provided)
  • Be willing to work every other Saturday in lieu of a day in the week

  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays increasing by 1 day after 2 years' service and 1 day per year after that to a maximum of 2 Mileage paid at 45p per mile
