    Description

    Job Title: Civil Engineer

    We invite you to bring your civil engineering expertise and professionalism into our specialist airfield civils team, working on projects in the UK and abroad.

    About the Role:

    • Civil design at all RIBA stages for both traditional and design and build procurement
    • Management of time and technicians
    • Review of drawings produced by CAD technicians
    • Identification of project risk and opportunity

    Your Skills and Experience:

    • Delivering civil engineering services across all RIBA work stages
    • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
    • Designing new civil infrastructure
    • Reviewing, assessing, and designing alterations to existing civil infrastructure
    • Working towards chartership or already chartered
    • Delivering civil design in accordance with Eurocode and UK Building Regulations
    • Understanding Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, including Principal Designer role

    Personal Qualities:

    • A self-starter and natural communicator able to understand client needs and deliver quality engineering outcomes
    • Able to thrive in a small, dedicated team and deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
