Responsibilities
Oxford Station Phase 2 works is a truly multi-discipline station upgrade which will increase the station capacity by constructing an additional platform and associated track through the existing operational station.
- Own and manage the Temporary Works Register.
- Review and approve all Temporary Works Design Briefs prior to issuing to the nominated design organisation.
- Support the engineers in developing the programme for Temporary Works Designs, including TWBDs, design periods, category of check required, approvals and procurement.
- Appoint Temporary Works Supervisors.
- Review all Temporary Works Designs, prior to implementation.
What do we need from you?
***- Relevant qualifications - degree level, or equivalent experience.
- Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers
- Previous acceptance by Network Rail as TWC on a similar sized multidisciplinary scheme.
- Have full knowledge of the requirements set out in NR/L2/RSE/02009 and NR/L2/CIV/003
