BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
As part of the Front of House Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all of our guests.
- Deliver all services to the required standard of excellence, as the first port of call for all guests entering the property.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating members' and guests needs.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner with extensive knowledge about all areas of the hotel.
- Carrying out administrative tasks, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Ensure that guests receive a positively unforgettable experience, resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation.
- Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams, contractors and guest requests.
- Carrying out security patrols and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during their stay
- Assisting guests with their forward travel plans and making reservations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
- High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Flexibility with shift times/availability.
