  • Starting salary of £26,000 per annum. Role offers fantastic opportunities for progression.

Main Purpose of Job

  • To provide Quality Engineering and systems support for Operations and Quality/Technical departments by ensuring that products and processes are maintained in line with business and customer requirements. Has the ability to respond to the needs of the businessand embrace change.

Key Objectives of the Role:


  • Quality testing batches of data and identifying any areas of inaccuracy / miscapture
  • Reviewing processed documents for accuracy against original document content
  • Ensuring documents are processed in line with customer performance KPIs
  • Annotating new document templates prior to data engineering
  • Creating and updating document identification criteria
  • Review and capture of customer requirements from customer portals
  • Maintenance of the existing Business Management System, in accordance with EN9100, ISO9001, customer specific requirements and Nadcap Special Processes
  • Participate in the audit process and operate as Internal Auditor using available auditing tools, process audits, product audits and document reviews to identify areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement
  • Assisting with projects, plans, process flows and making any suggestions to enhance or improve data processing


  • Data Analytics

  • Managing tracking systems, administering reporting cycles, providing reports and analytics.
  • Assist Quality Manager in implementing continuous improvement actions within the processes currently operating within the business units
  • Represent Quality department at supplier/customer external meetings
  • Support team in generation of certs and documentation.

Essential:


  • Proven experience maintaining a processbased Quality Management System or similar.
  • Proficient user of IT; MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience of data entry into a data base
