Our client is experiencing massive growth and has a full order book for the future.

They require all boat building trades and abilities to join their team on a permanent basis making luxury superyacht tenders and sailboats.


Roles available:

  • Laminators, GRP or carbon fibre
  • Boat Builder, Fit out

Relevant experience:

  • Shopfitting
  • Builders
  • Joiners
  • Aircraft fitters
  • Surface repairs


Experience is not always necessary, but anyone with an aptitude for it and want to learn would be considered as full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for those looking to get into the marine industry at entry level for a prestigious boat builder.


Job details:

  • Fulltime, Monday
  • Friday with the availability of overtime paid at an enhanced rate
  • Permanent position
- £10-£15/hour depending on experience.
