Exciting opportunity for a Process Business Analysts with an understanding of website content creation / digital marketing processes to join this global Energy company.

This is an exciting time to be joining this world-leading company as they transform themselves from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector.

This includes the creation of an already highly successful new Power Tradingdesk within the Energy Trading team as well as new ventures into various innovative solutions around the supply of Renewables including wind farms, electric vehicle charging, solar panel heating and battery storage.

These innovative solutions provide opportunitiesfor exceptionally highly talented individuals to contribute to the success of this transition where you will be working with some of the best people in the industry working on new and ground-breaking initiatives utilising the very latest technology.

About The Role:

The success of this project will be driven more by the soft skills of the team than their technical skills.

Whilst we expect there to be some elements of IT deliverables for this project we are looking more to process and governance change.

The project is to define standards for the content management, agreed business governance, rules for deletion, technical notifications to content owners when content is coming up for deletion etc.

Your Background Needs To Include:
*Capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups and driving consensus and outcomes.
*Understanding of change management principles.
*Understanding of website content creation / digital marketing processes.
