We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable person to support our maintenance team in providing a high-quality maintenance and repairs across the village.

Pay & Hours:_

• Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour
• Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Working Monday to Friday (8am 4pm)

About you:_

As a Maintenance Operative, you will support the team to carry out maintenance and repairs across the site to a high standard.

You will also be required to liaise with, and coordinate works by external contractors.

The Role:_


Main responsibilities will include:
decoration of apartments and communal areas, maintenance of planted areas, clearing sink blockages, changing plugs and moving furniture. You will monitor meter reading and update record logs and communicate with managers on repairs and other works.
