Role main purpose:

Vida are at the beginning of the journey to launch a new retail savings brand in the UK.


This is a rare opportunity to shape a new savings brand and lead on the development of best in class marketing and digital strategy in support of the business.

The Head of Savings Marketing's primary responsibility will be to own and drive the marketing and digital strategy.


As a key member of the Marketing Leadership team, the role holder will build the marketing, digital and communications resources and plans required in preparation for the launch of the savings proposition and own the ongoing savings marketing activity post launch in support of the business plan.


As Subject Matter Expert, the HoSM will nurture and strengthen relationships with key outsourced partners to ensure effective implementation o the savings marketing strategy.


The HoSM will also be responsible for cultivating valuable partnerships with lead generation partners such as aggregators and affiliated and optimising arrangements to drive effective acquisitions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the Savings brand and associated collateral.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Vida's business model to guarantee alignment across all business areas.
  • Initiate the development and implementation of an effective Savings Marketing and Digital plan to support the business plan.
  • Develop a new website and app in partnership with key outsourced partners.
  • Build a communications and content strategy in support of the wider Savings Marketing plan.
  • Determine an efficient acquisition strategy to support the introduction and growth of the Savings Business.
  • Design and employ robust inlife client communications to acquire, retain and increase customer value.
  • Propose and distribute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Build internal stakeholder relationships to ensure effective delivery of the Savings Marketing plan.
  • Utilise internal and external data to drive an insightled marketing development strategy.
  • Become the Savings Marketing Subject Matter Expert
  • Maintain the highest standard of integrity in all business relationships.

Requirements:


  • An expert in marketing, communications and digital delivery within a regulated business.
  • Previous ownership of a Savings Marketing strategy including; brochureware content, introducer relations, customer acquisition/CPA, Omni channel marketing (PESO), PR, communications, customer collateral, campaign management and inlife customer engagement.
  • Ideally familiarity with whitelabel online savings solutions.
  • Prior experience successfully cultivating relationships with lead generation partners including aggregators.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulation and the principles of Consumer Duty.
