Caremark Surrey Heath and Rushmoor, are new providers based in Farnborough who are part of a National network throughout the UK.

Our Field Care Supervisors are responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and provide support to all our amazing Care Assistants within a defined area.

Our Field Care Supervisor responsibilities includes;

To support and manage a team of dedicated Care Assistants
In case of emergency, you will have oncall responsibilities
Maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinators
Act as a link between our customers and the office
Oversee care quality control
Monitor and supervise care service
