- A fantastic career progression opportunity has become available for a Group Service Customer Experience Specialist to join Team Hendy. You will be supporting the improvement in delivery of our worldclass, industryleading Hendy customer experience.
Frequent travel across our sites will be required for this role so a full UK driving license is essential.
The Opportunity:
- As a Group Service Customer Experience Specialist, you will be accountable for:
- Reading customer experience surveys, interpreting information and data;
- Stay up to date with current customer experience in the automotive industry;
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience;
- Help to build a customer led service culture by monitoring and evaluating data, information and customer feedback;
- Operate as a visible ambassador for the Group;
- Foster a culture of service excellence, role modelling Hendy values and coaching customerfacing teams to deliver a positive colleague experience.

About You:
- A strong drive to work towards your own development.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in customer service/experience roles would be advantageous.
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) is also desirable
but not essential
- Full UK driving license.
