Method Resourcing has been engaged exclusively to find a talented Head of Engineering to head up a growing start-up in the Tech-For-Good sector.

This company is a fantastic organisation that is on a mission to reduce carbon emissions through the developmentof innovative IOT technologyand its working.


You will head up a team that is developing sophisticated platforms enabling individuals to massively reduce their carbon output in the home while also supporting the development of carbon-zero affordable smart homes.

What an opportunity


What do we need from you?


You will be an experienced software development leader, someone with a proven background in driving teams toward delivery while also championing processes in a business to ensure best practices across the board.


Your technical background isn't important here as this is a hands-off leadership position, but the engineers that you will be working with are developing microservices with JavaScript, Big Data platforms on GCP and a suite of monitoring and release toolson Kubernetes.

If you are a passionate leader and have a strong understanding of what it is like to drive growing teams in a start-up/scaleup culture, then this could be the role for you
