Description

The Profile and Campaigns Officer will work with colleagues across Brand and Marketing to create and deliver highly effective, integrated, insight-based, measurable campaigns that boost the profile of occupational therapy and the work of RCOT members, acrossa wide range of external audiences and stakeholders.

You'll be a self-motivated marketing professional, skilled multi-tasker and forward planner, with a drive to use analytics to optimise performance.

You will be an important part of the Profile and Campaigns team who lead the profile raising activity and strategy, engaging with a wide range of external audiences to ensure that occupational therapy is widelyknown and understood, that the value their members deliver to society is recognised and valued and that people know how and where to access it.


Description


Work with the Head of Profile and Campaigns to turn profile raising and other strategies into detailed integrated plans with clear targeting, success measures, data capture and analysis and audience segmentation's.

Day to day management of profile raising and related campaigns.

Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns, using analytics to optimise performance of future activity.

Develop a strategy and plan for ongoing member engagement and involvement in campaigns to support gathering effective user generated content

Manage agencies, ensuring delivery of objectives, SLAs and KPIs.


Develop, deliver and oversee inspiring and engaging brand and marketing materials, content and assets, driving a step change in creativity and quality.

Planning, creation and delivery of regular campaigns newsletters and other communications.


Write, edit, co-ordinate and produce content in a variety of formats across various channels, including the website, social media, print and online marketing materials.


Support the wider work of the Brand and Marketing directorate, by Checking and reviewing content, to ensure consistency and quality of messaging and enhance profile and engagement.


Profile
Educated to degree level, ideally with qualification in relevant marketing, communications, PR discipline, or sufficient experience to the equivalent.

Experience in a similar marketing, communications and/or public relations role in a complex organisation.

Exposure to the NGO/Charity /membership body/professional association environment.

Strong ability to analyse campaigns and translate learnings into improved performance.

Excellent copywriting skills across a range of media and for different audiences.


Excellent content development skills with a strong eye for a story, ability to identify opportunities to support campaigns and business priorities.


Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and build credibility with a wide range of internal and external audiences and clients.

High level of attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

The ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from start to finish.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation and report-writing skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate effectively to provide matrix leadership and thought leadership.


Confident and proficient in using digital technologies to work collaboratively and productively in a hybrid working model, championing and promoting new ways of working.
