On behalf of one of our clients based in Irlam Kinetic recruitment are looking to recruitment Process Operatives with Reach and Counterbalance licences on a permanent basis.

This position is working Monday to Friday on a shift rotation of; Week 1: 6am - 2pm Week 2: 10am - 6pm This is a permanent vacancy with an annual salary of £23,394 per annum.

The company are well established and are looking for someone to come in and compliment their current work force. You MUST have up to date FLT licenses.

As a Process Operative you will be:
*Manufacturing batches of up to 10 ton *Operating various types of filling equipment *Packing the finished product into correct packaging including pails, drums and IBC's *Maintain a clean and tidy area *Packing finished goods into the correct packaging *Labelling the finished products *Liaising with members of other teams - Production and Logistics *Assisting with any Health and Safety developments *Carrying out monthly inspection *Heavy lifting *Stock Management *Inventory Management *Packing finished goods *Operating FLT trucks In order to be successful in a Process Operative role you must have: - Experience within a similar role

Worked in a warehouse/production environment
Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT licenses
Knowledge of hazardous goods and segregation would be an advantage
Experience in using SAP
Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal
Flexible and a good team worker
Able to work the shifts stated
