Business Analysts (Data Transformation) - £46,000+Benefits - Fully Remote


My client are a leading light in the Housing arena who invest a lot of time and money in the community.

They are currently beginning an exciting Transformation project to streamline the business and centralise and update systems within. We are thus lookingfor multiple
Business Analysts (DataTransformation) with experience working on multiple Transformation projects within an Agile environment.


As our new
Business Analysts (Data Transformation) you will be working on a number of projects to either improve current platforms or implementing new systems and processes.

You will be acting as an intermediary between IT project teamsand the group business to collect and translate business requirements.

The
Business Analyst (Data Transformation) will take a lead role in understanding business requirements and translating these into effective solutions and systems developments.


To be considered for this role as a
Business Analysts (Data Transformation)you must possess considerable experience working as a Business Analyst, with good knowledge of project management and process design software such as Visio and MS Project.

You MUST also have strong Process Mapping experience Having experience withinthe Housing arena is beneficial however this is secondary to the ability to take complicated problems, analyse them, and develop a clear set of requirements for manageable, deliverable solutions.

Experience of Software Procurement and process mapping/solutiondesign methodologies would also be beneficial.
