Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a central Reigate based company who are looking for a Finance Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone studying AAT looking for their first or second role in finance and join a close-knitteam.

This role will be mainly responsible for managing a range of accounts payable duties alongside covering other opportunties in finance.


  • Processing invoices (high volume), matching, coding etc.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships, dealing with queries
  • Assisting with prepayments and accruals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Month end payroll journals
  • Ad hoc support across credit control and finance

Essential experience/skills needed for this role:

  • Experience working within finance/accounts payable
  • Prior experience within a finance role is desirable but not essential
  • Team player, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in the offices 23 days per week
