Part / Full Time Lettings Negotiator - Immediate start available

Salary - £18,000 - £50,000 per Anum

Location - Ealing

Experience - 1 year experience in lettings or property management

Day to Day:

Working closely with our private landlords, and lead generating new landlords at all times

Deliver a five-star service to our landlords and tenants most importantly including astounding customer service skills

Carry out Pre-Tenancy Inspections

Undertake administrative tasks, keeping records and logs up to date

Updating landlords, tenants, prospective buyers & all other contacts details onto CRM system

Keeping on top of the diary and booking and attending viewings

Develop strong, long-term relationships with our Landlords and Tenants, ensuring we retain and develop all possible business opportunities

Checking works are completed and keeping all parties updated

Helping at the end of tenancies including communication relating to deposit returns

Resolving issues quickly and efficiently

Remain up to date with relevant legislation

Attending networking events and building the brand name exponentially


Requirements & Skills:

Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills

Previous lettings/property management experience essential

Able to deliver excellent customer service experience

Strong attention to detail

Persistent and tenacious

Team player

Natural ability to trouble shoot with a keen desire to succeed

Ability to cope well under pressure
