Develop annual budgets based on achieving above market growth for the microbiology product line and geography, delivering budgeted performance.
Drive rigorous business processes across a decentralized site structure, building a sustainable best-in-class commercial process, metrics, and compensation programs to effectively drive the function.
Define overall strategy for the sales function with short- and long-term plans in place globally to execute strategy.
Develop effective competitive sales and demo strategies globally, emphasizing above-market growth.
