We now have an exciting opportunity for Resident Services Assistant to join our Front Office Department.


As a Resident Services Assistant, you will be required to
master the art of versatility and
inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.


The main duties expected within the role are:
To be welcoming and approachable to all Guests / Residents visiting the property.

To make guest reservations and book correctly onto the hotel booking system.

Ensure updates on bookings are managed in a timely manner to ensure that service and occupancy is not compromised.

To be fully aware of hotel activities and promote wherever possible.

To ensure a positive guest experience to maximise repeat business.

To be flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the business

To create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the Reception team and other departments throughout the hotel.


To communicate guest requests and feedback effectively to the reception team and other effected departments, as appropriate, to ensure guest stay quality or to rectify any issues.

To take on any meet and greet porter duties and help guests with luggage as and when required.

To be fully aware of rates and room sales in line with budget.

To try and upsell on rooms and facilities in the hotel.

To ensure strict adherence to the security of guest's belongings, including the return and logging of all lost property.
