About you

Clear understanding and experience of different monitoring technologies
Managing PagerDuty, including orchestrations and integrations
Integrating operating systems into ITSM platforms
Automating manual process and driving efficiencies
Data analysis skills, facilitating root cause analysis and problem management
Scripting skills e.g.

PowerShell

ITIL Framework knowledge
Experience working within DevOps functions
Experience in the following would be desirable
Logicmonitor, SolarWinds, Honeycomb, Sentinel, PRTG.
