Qualitair is recruiting an Electrician to join one of our Industry Leading Aviation Clients in Hayes, Heathrow

Your responsibilities and duties may include the following:

  • An awareness and understanding of responsibilities outlined in the Company's environmental procedures.
  • Ability to read schematics and CMM's.
  • Liaison with associated departments.
  • Work to Production priority lists
  • ASPEN, Milestone dates as provided by Production Control.
  • AOG/On wing support if required.
  • You will be required to maintain Practical Experience Record book.
  • All duties shall be undertaken in compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations and Company Procedures.
  • Other duties as directed by the Senior Team Leader or Team Leader.

The ideal Electrician should meet the following requirements:

  • Aerospace apprenticeship would be desirable.
  • Maths and English GCSE A-C Grades equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working in an aviation related environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the legislative and quality system requirements.
  • May require additional overtime hours to be worked.
  • Working with computers and screens for prolonged periods.
  • Sitting down for majority of working day.
  • Workshop has fluctuating temperature.
  • Occasional loud noises from machinery and other production department activity.
  • Company will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Must possess a legal work permit in U.K.
