Provide every customer with a luxury experience, working above and beyond the expectations of the Customer to create memorable experiences:

  • Be knowledgeable across all store products and services available to Customers

Driving Results

Care for your store and products, ensure housekeeping standards across all areas of the store, including stockroom, back of house and shop floor are maintained to a high standard:

Ensure omni order packed with care and attention, and sent out within specified time frames:

Ensure VM presentation standards are updated, maintained and reflective of the current VM guidelines, liaising with VM team for support and guidance:

Be aware of and follow the company procedures to ensure the health and safety of your customers and colleagues is prioritised and security of stock is protected:

Maintain stock awareness across all product categories, ensuring customer products are accurately processed at point of sale, return, delivery, transfer and omni distribution
:

Support the store outside of your normal day to day area of responsibilities as and when needed to meet the demand of the store and our customers
:

- ** Ensure deliveries and transfers out are completed with the correct process and within agreed time frames in accordance with Mulberry guidelines
- including Customer repairs, returns and store transfers.**
