Description
This is a newly created role due to projected growth and ambitions of the company, and includes general accounts duties.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, and who is a team player with outstanding communication skills and a pro-active/ problem solving attitude.
You will be someone who continuously looks for improvements, possesses high attention to detail and you'll have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping with experience in using SAGE accounts package
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintaining purchase ledger and payments
- Producing financial reports linked to the KPI's to support management on longterm decisions
- VAT Returns
- Possibly running payroll, HMRC filing, PAYE submission and reconciliation
- Possibly Workpension administration
Your qualifications to include:
- Accountancy
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Index Property Information is a unique provider of conveyancing searches and reports to the property industry.
By working closely with every Local Authority in England and Wales we are able to provide both Regulated and Council Local Searches as well as all other reports and products required by Solicitors and Conveyancers.
Office Hours:
The office is open Mon-Fri 8.30 to 18.30
