Sales Administrator - New Homes Sales

Leeds

£22,000 plus annual bonus

Mon-Fri, office based
An exciting opportunity to join a busy and established New Homes Builder. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director you will handle all things Sales Administration. You will be an excellent communicator and extremely organised, needing to work under pressure and to deadlines at times.

Support and assist the whole sales process from reservation to legal completion.
Liaising with solicitors and collating legal documents as requested.
Producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, organising meetings and general administration.
Record and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options and variations onto the sales system.
Ensure that all development details are up to date and accurate on our sales systems, website and on sales and marketing websites.
Produce weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports required by the sales department.
Coordinate the distribution of information between the sales department.
Recording customer details from prospective customers regarding both forthcoming and existing sites
Produce marketing materials or mailshots as required.
Register plots with the NHBC.
Take telephone enquiries from prospective customers.
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Produce/amend standard forms for use on site and in the office to assist the sales team.
Preparing letters to buyers and solicitors and assisting with sales progression post reservation as required.

You will have experience working within a busy administrative position previous, with great IT system skills and attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the information you are dealing with it is imperative to always work to a high level of accuracy.
