Logistics Administrator
My client is an award-winning suppler of global logistics services, operating in over 140 countries. They wish to strengthen their European Road Freight team by appointing of a further
Logistics Administrator.

The Role

This is a demanding and challenging role where you will be supporting the department manager on all aspects of daily operations.

It will require someone with a good work ethic, clear-thinking and who thrives working under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Dealing with all aspects of EU Road/Import/Export shipments
Liaising with customers, dealing with their requirements and providing excellent levels of customer service
Maintaining records, preparing and submitting relevant documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices and NES declarations

Experience, Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
We would like to speak to people who are serious about a career in logistics, who are resilient and capable, and who can demonstrate:

Ideally, experience within transport and logistics, preferably in a role dealing with Ocean Logistics/ Import/Export
At least 1 years' experience in a demanding B2B customer service environment
Adept at using MS Office suite
A proven team player
Ability to work to tight deadlines without the need for constant supervision
A willingness to learn
