Engineering Project Lead - Permanent
Engineering / Project / Team Lead / Software / Data / Derby / York / Hybrid


Our client has a very capable, multi-disciplined team of engineers, developers and mathematicians pulling together to create innovative and high-performance solutions for a worldwide market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with Project Management and Engineering team.
  • Management of engineering decisions and guidance on behalf of Project Manager.
  • Ensuring that the outcomes of the projects are consistent to project and product requirements.
  • Ensuring a smooth connection between Software, Mechanical and other engineering disciplines.
  • Be comfortable in a clientfacing role.

Key Experience and Knowledge required:


  • Relevant engineering and technology background.
  • Good knowledge of engineering processes and methodology.
  • Adhering to product specification.
  • Good appreciation in disciples such as Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Data Science and Mechanical Engineering
  • Good skills in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to build solid relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Up to 60k basic salary depending on experience + car allowance, annual bonus and family health cover
