    The SE leads discovery, shapes deal strategy, executes high quality demonstrations and influences decision-making.

    Business problem framingSuccess criteria definitionExecutive messaging and narrativePartner on RFP/RFI responses to uniquely position Kantata as the best vendor to solve customers challenges and provide improved business outcomesDeliver high-impact, consultative demonstrations that connect customer objectives to differentiated valueInfluence buying teams across technical, operational, and executive stakeholdersConsultative Discovery & Professional Services Industry InsightConduct discovery that uncovers:Organizational structure and decision dynamicsRevenue models and growth strategiesOperational challenges, constraints, and KPIsApply strong industry and customer understanding to anticipate objections and guide solution designTranslate customer complexity into clear, compelling solution narrativesExperience & Skills2+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar pre-sales roleProven success leading complex, consultative sales cyclesStrong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadersAdditional language skills are a bonus in this roleDemonstrated ability to:Lead discovery independentlyShape deal strategyInfluence outcomes beyond direct authorityDeep understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise buying processesExperience in Professional Services, PSA, ERP, or adjacent domains strongly preferredTravelAbility to travel up to 25% as needed for deals, customer sessions, or key eventsFlexible attendance at our London Office for those in commuting distance.
