Main responsibilities of the Lead Facilitator include:

  • Leading conversations with senior client stakeholders across a range of industries, helping them to identify and better understand their key issues and challenges
  • Scoping, designing and facilitating large scale and/or complex events and engagements using a variety of methodologies and delivery mechanisms (inperson, virtual, hybrid)
  • Lead internal projects or workstreams to ensure successful running and development of the transformation team
A strong Lead Facilitator will have a successful track record in facilitating groups and using group facilitation methodologies and tools across multiple day events

Other desirable experience requirements include having:

  • An executive presence that allows you to connect quickly with C-Suite stakeholders and the ability to quickly understand their context
  • Experience of using a range of collaborative methodologies in event design such as Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, Holocracy, MG Taylor
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a focus for driving action
  • A passion for making a difference in any situation by being curious and the ability to think and work differently to others
  • A desire to continue your own learning journey and to actively encourage other members of the team to do the same.
This position is based in their London office and will require travel in when required. Salary is negotiable at this level dependent on experience.
