Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with a global, leading employer who is looking to hire a receptionist to join their talented team.

To be performing reception, administrative and secretarial duties.

Based in Newcastle City Centre, part time 24 hours per week


What will I be doing?

  • Provide a warm, friendly, knowledgeable customer service to all visitors
  • To complete all administrational tasks in an effective and efficient manner
  • To assist with booking and management of internal events
  • Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a polite and professional manner both face to face and on the telephone
  • Ability to organise, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Be organised and create an excellent customer service experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail


The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.

Salary:
£10.90 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
