TSR Legal are recruiting for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE for one of their clients' offices in Wiltshire.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial property transactions which is of a high calibre and with diverse clients who are based both regionally and nationally.

The role will give you opportunities to establish your brand through networkingand build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

The team acts for a significant number of private Housebuilders, Land Promoters and Landowners on a varied range of high value housebuilding projects from bespoke two-five home sites to mid range units to 1000+ unit strategic land projects.

TheirReal Estate team forms part of their multi-faceted Land and Development department who offer high quality legal services to businesses and individuals across the South West.

The department currently consists of 10 lawyers and a strong support team. They harboura culture of dynamism, motivation and enthusiasm and work in an approachable, friendly and supportive environment.

We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work within, and the aspiration to help develop, a niche team.

You must be professional and dedicated to the practice area, with experience of the house building sector. Ambition, drive and a desire to excel are essential. You must have 2+ PQE.
