Office Angels are recruiting for a
HR Coordinator to join the
People Teamat a
Wellbeing Tech company based in the heart of London.


- paced admin role.


You must be available to start working immediately.

JOB ROLE:
HR Coordinator - HR / People Team


COMPANY:
Welbeing Tech


HOURS:
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm -REMOTE


SALARY:
£26,000 - £28,000


LOCATION:
West End, London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Reporting into the People Operations Partner
  • Managing the People team in box
- acting as first point of contact

  • Maintaining the People systems
  • Assisting with monthly payroll
  • Generating employee lifestyle paperwork employment contracts, leavers documentation and benefit memberships for new starters
  • Taking charge of creating templates on the HR shared drive
  • Conducting audits on a regular basis
  • Monitoring holiday balance for employees
  • In charge of on boarding and off boarding process maintaining reference requests and right to work checks
  • Supporting the Talent team with ad
- hoc duties when required


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Experience in a fast
- paced role

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic nature
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Good IT skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • A flexible, committed and friendly disposition
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
