Job description
I am the Founder of Thee Boss Besties, a strategic community and event series dedicated to empowering Black and Brown women in the beauty industry.
We are currently preparing for our 2026 Weekend Experience (May 2nd–3rd) and are looking for a savvy, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and reach out to high-tier brand partners.
This is not a "mass spam" project. We are looking for high-value partnerships with major beauty, tech, and lifestyle brands (e.g., Shea Moisture, Fenty, Sephora, Shopify).Your Responsibilities:
- Target Research: Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or to find the direct emails of Brand Managers, Partnership Directors, and Experiential Marketing Leads.
- Lead Tracking: Maintaining a clean Google Sheet/CRM with lead names, titles, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Personalized Outreach: Using my provided templates to send personalized "First Touch" emails and LinkedIn connection requests.
- Followup Management: Monitoring responses and scheduling "Intro Strategy Calls" for me (the Founder).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation (experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry is a massive plus).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email verification tools.
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt to a "Sassy but Strategic" brand voice.
- High level of organization and discretion.
Project Scale:
Initial project is to find and contact 50–75 high-quality leads.
