Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, be willing to undertake further training.

Role:

Manufacture of customer orders
Ensure all production procedures and processes are followed to ensure good quality product
Identify any errors or faults and take appropriate action to rectify
Report any faults or issues to Team Leader
Reporting of production and quality data in line with manufacturing specifications
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment
Adhere to all company H&S guidelines
Other duties as required by Line Manager

Criteria:

Minimum 1 years production/manufacturing experience within last 3 years in a busy/fast moving shopfloor
Hands on experience of following processes to manufacture product (reading of specifications and recording data)
Experience of operating various types of production machinery (ability to use measuring equipment)
GCSE Maths and English (C grade or above) or equivalent
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work in different production departments where required
Ability to work shifts
