Hours:

This is a part-time position however we are flexible on the hours - approximately 25hrs per week Monday-Friday only, with all Bank Holidays and Christmas holidays off.

Salary:
£15.00 per hour

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Executive who can work in conjunction with / support our sales /estimating team to join our busy production centre in Swansea.

As part of the UK's largest signs and graphics company, Signs Express Swansea is a local franchise business with strong ties within the local community.

We offer a one-stop-shop for all forms of signs and graphics and have been established for over 20 years.

Your role will include a variety of tasks, not limited to, but including:

Managing all social media channels for the franchise, including creating daily, unique content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn to engage our followers and share customer experience showcasing finished imagery, with an emphasis on producing video / reels.
Growing our social channels to help reach a wider audience within the locality, concentrating on the range of services we offer
Ensuring the company website is updated regularly with relevant content and up to date imagery
Creating content to tie in with the Brand's National Marketing Plan, whilst also implementing a more localised, strategic approach for events, seasonal trends etc
Ensuring customer literature is relevant and up to date to aid the marketing / sales process
Encouraging customer feedback via Google Reviews / Facebook Reviews as a part of the after sales process
Creating monthly localised eshots, focusing on a specified target audience / sector of the business using MailChimp
Providing exceptional customer service support to both new and existing customers
Proactive marketing to prospect for new business
Development of customer database and enquiries including following up on recent quotations and keeping detailed notes
Preparation of quotes and handling initial customer enquiries both via the telephone and in person

Experience within the sign/print industry and/or industrial sector is strongly desired.
