We are looking for you to join us based in our client's large and modern offices in Feltham as a Physical Security Operations Centre Specialist.

If you are someone who wants to use your analytical skills, interest in physical security, and knowledge of current affairs in an exciting security operation centre and have the ability to prioritise tasks, engage and coordinate with others whilst identifying threats and risks in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the role for you


As a Physical Security SOC Specialist you will fulfil a key role across the EMEA-wide region in the efficient operation of the Security Operations Centre as part of a team that co-ordinates the response to incidents and alerts through the use of technology in order to maintain the client's business operations and resiliency.


Main Responsibilities:


  • To monitor access control and video management systems of all sites across the SOC's regional area of responsibility within EMEA. Investigate causes and triage.
  • To collate details and respond to incidents, instantiating reports and escalating as required within acceptable timelines.
  • To deliver a white glove service to those within the client domain calling on the capabilities of the SOC. Responding to all customer enquiries within acceptable timelines.
  • To engage with other EMEAwide SOCs within the client network and tasking of security officers at multiple global sites.
  • Monitor and report on threats and risks as identified through open source intelligence platforms and other channels of information and data.
  • To maintain the technical integrity and health of the regional Electronic Security System by identifying breaches and issues and escalating where required.
