Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast-growing and award-winning provider of specialist insurance and financial services.

The day-to-day course would include handling and processing of claims for the group and provide excellent service at all times.


Day to Day:


  • Manage and handle claims from initial notification through to final settlement, validating policy cover and the claim
  • Carry out investigations to ensure all relevant documents and information have been evaluated prior to the decision on the claim
  • Deliver to our financial targets and keep us in line with our service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, files, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with our Data Protection requirements
  • Request supporting documents from our customers to assist with the payment process
  • Make sure all fraud controls and claims processes are followed, delivering quality at every touchpoint
  • Handle all complaints constructively and in line with company and FCA guidelines escalating when a solution cannot be found

We Would Love to See:


  • Similar experience in a claims processing or handling role, would be extremely beneficial, although full training will be given
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to plan your own workload without too much supervision
  • Passionate and enthusiastic work ethic and encouraging colleagues within the team

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
